7 - Academic Qualification
Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a reputable HEC recognized University / Institute.

8 - Experience

Minimum 08 years of work experience, preferably with at least 03 years as Head of Department.

9 - Other Skills/ Expertise Required:

1. Desired level of computer skills (MS Word/Excel).
2. Ability to manage multiple projects at once and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
3. Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
4. Analytical mind with strong business acumen and demonstrated problem solving skills.
5. Demonstrated ability to work and manage time effectively and efficiently.
6. People management & interpersonal skills.

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities

1. To develop and implement Communications and Public Relations Strategies including publicity and
2. campaigns.
3. To analyze media coverage and manage enquiries from media, individuals and other organizations.
4. To provide leadership and support for internal and external communications activities, including print
5. and online publications, branding, crisis communication, organizing conferences and events, editorial support, etc.
6. To manage positive Public Relations at all times, particularly during a potential crisis situation.
7. To speak publicly at interviews, press conferences and presentations.
8. To coordinate and communicate with media and external communications & PR agencies.
