Relationship Manager-Microfinance & Special Initiative Karachi

 Position/Job Title: Relationship Manager - Microfinance & Special Initiative
Reporting to: Divisional Head - Microfinance & Special Initiative
Educational/ Professional/ Qualification/ Experience Other Skills/ Expertise Knowledge/ Required are mentioned below:
  1. Minimum Bachelor's degree from a reputable HEC recognized University / Institution.
  2. Candidates having Master's degree / CFA / FRM / ACCA or any related professional certification will be preferred
  3. Minimum 5 years of Relationship Management experience
  4. Experience of credit analysis & credit processing of microfinance sector will be preferred
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
  1. To remain updated about SBP, PRs, foreign exchange manual, credit policy manual and other
  2. relevant laws and circulars as issued from time to time
  3. Good Communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Must be able to manage and motivate teams
  5. To serve as a link among microfinance borrowers, branches & CAD by ensuring that all credit
  6. requests are prepared and approved in a timely manner on prescribed formats
  7. To initiate market development strategies / business development plans in coordination with
  8. concerned Divisional Head, microfinance partners and regional teams
  9. To proactively obtain necessary documents from customers with a view to assess clients' borrowing needs
  10. To ensure credit request formats are prepared in efficient and effective manner
  11. To remove discrepancies in documentation of customer as Identified by Credit Administration Department.
  12. To ensure repayment dates are monitored and adhere standard recovery procedures
  13. To build customer relationship, loyalty & ensure zero complaint environment
  14. To execute credit analysis of fresh credit applications and periodic reviews of existing borrowers.
  15. To create various updates / reports and MIS as per requirements of Bank
  16. To perform other duties or tasks as required or instructed by the line manager to support the efficiency and output of the division
