6 - Academic qualification:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from HEC recognized Professional
University I Institute.
7 - Experience
  1. Minimum 6 years experience of managing I1T projects.
  2. Strong knowledge of banking solutions.
  3. Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS
  4. Word, MS PowerPoint).
  5. Excellent understanding of Project Management practices and
  6. proficient with Microsoft Project.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and
  8. nontechnical audiences of various levels in the organization 
8 - Other Skills/ Expertise
  1. executive, management, individual contributors Knowledge Required.
  2. Ability to share relevant technical and / or industry knowledge and
  3. expertise with team members.
  4. Strong understanding of the requirements for "Projects standards
  5. and documentation" including timelines, status risk issue
  6. reporting and communication, exception reporting and project sign
  7. off.
  8. Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem solving, team and time management skills
  9. To manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span over multiple business lines.
  10. To manage the delivery and or support of projects to meet business objectives and goals.
  11. To develop and deliver progress repots, proposals, requirements
  12. documentation and presentations to various audiences including project team, sponsors, CIO and key stakeholders.
  13. To create detailed customer project requirements, constraints and assumptions with stakeholders in order to establish the project deliverables.
  14. To develop work breakdown structures, project organization charts, communication plans, risk plans, quality plans, cost budget and resource plans.
  15. To ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to
  16. Outline of Main Duties/ scope, schedule, and budget while meeting the quality standards.
  1. To develop and manage al aspects of project and program
  2. engagement from planning external vendor relationships,
  3. communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues
  4. To manage scope during the course of the project and collaboratively adjust scope where necessary.
  5. .To manage project and program issues and risks to mitigate impact to baseline.
  6. To deliver clear, timely, appropriate and relevant communication of
  7. project progress, financials, and risks / issues to stakeholders and to senior leaders.
  8. Adhere to established project change management processes and coordinate with all stakeholders for successful implementation of projects.
  9. To execute tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.
