Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from HEC recognized University Institute.
7 - Experience
- Minimum 6 years experience of managing I1T projects.
- Strong knowledge of banking solutions.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS
- Word, MS PowerPoint).
- Excellent understanding of Project Management practices and
- proficient with Microsoft Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and
- nontechnical audiences of various levels in the organization executive, management, individual contributors)
- Ability to share relevant technical and / or industry knowledge and
- expertise with team members.
- Strong understanding of the requirements for "Projects standards
- and documentation" including timelines, status risk issue reporting and communication, exception reporting and project sign off.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem solving, team and
- time management skills
- To manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span over multiple
- business lines.
- To manage the delivery and or support of projects to meet
- business objectives and goals.
- To develop and deliver progress repots, proposals, requirements
- documentation and presentations to various audiences including
- project team, sponsors, CIO and key stakeholders.
- To create detailed customer project requirements, constraints and
- assumptions with stakeholders in order to establish the project
- deliverables.
- To develop work breakdown structures, project organization
- charts, communication plans, risk plans, quality plans, cost
- budget and resource plans.
- To ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to
- Outline of Main Duties/
- scope, schedule, and budget while meeting the quality standards.
- To develop and manage al aspects of project and program
- engagement from planning external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues
- To manage scope during the course of the project and collaboratively adjust scope where necessary.
- To manage project and program issues and risks to mitigate
- impact to baseline.
- To deliver clear, timely, appropriate and relevant communication of project progress, financials, and risks / issues to stakeholders and to senior leaders.
- Adhere to established project change management processes and coordinate with all stakeholders for successful implementation of projects.
- To execute tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.
