Challan Form
1. Challan Form can be downloaded from the SPSC website.
2. Original Challan of Rs 500 can be paid in the Head of Account C02101-Organ of State Exam Fee (SPSC Receipts) in State Bank / National Bank of Pakistan.
3. Candidate has to mention Challan Number, Date, and Name of the Branch in Online Application.
4. Candidate must retain paid challan of Rs 500 to be presented at the time of interview.
