Wing Head HR Strategic Planning & Budgeting -Karachi
Position/Job Title: Wing Head HR Strategic Planning and Budgeting
Reporting to: Divisional Head - HR Strategic Planning and Rewards
Academic Professional:
  1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree from HEC recognized University / Institute.
  2. Qualification:
  3. Candidates having Master's degree will be preferred.
  4. Minimum 10 years of working experience.
  5. Candidates having experience of working in Human Resource / Finance Budgeting/ Planning
  6. Experience
  7. and/ or similar role will be preferred.
  8. Well versed with staff cost and manpower planning.
  9. Attention to detail.
Other Skills/ Expertise:
  1. Excellent analytical skills.
  2. Knowledge Required
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  5. To liaise with Divisional Heads and Business Partners of different Groups on regular basis to
  6. identify recruitment challenges and develop Head Count budget and plan on yearly basis.
  7. To ensure that the Head Count requirement is in line with Bank's overall strategy.
  8. To monitor variances of budgeted headcount against the actual at a preset frequency and
  9. present the Head Count budget in various meetings.
  10. To coordinate with Group Chief/ Heads to identify recruitment needs in line with manpower
Outline of Main Duties/ plan / Responsibilities
  1. To establish the yearly manpower plan budget in collaboration with the different functions based
  2. on the approved organization structure.
  3. To work closely with Divisional Head on deriving strategic plans of HR and monitor key metrics/
  4. implementation in line with the approved strategic plan and objective.
  5. To lead and implement the automation related to HR budgeting activities.
  6. To provide related data analytics support across the Bank.
