6 - Professional Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from HEC recognized University/ Institute
- Candidates having Master's degree would be preferred
- Minimum 06 years of Human Resources and / or Banking experience
- Experience
- Candidates having experience of working in Recruitment/ Talent Management would be preferred
- Good communication skills
- Excellent MS Office skills

- To assist in developing and keeping an updated plan for efficient supply of required Human
- resources
- To assist in talent mapping exercise (internal / external) based on potential and within specific
- geographical area or business function
- To ensure all recruitment & selection policies, procedures and steps are efficiently adhered to
- To facilitate in the recruitment process and arrange interviews for vacant positions
- To manage on boarding process for new hires
- To ensure top quality talent is hired in the Bank
- To assist in devising comprehensive strategies and recruitment plans for the year
- Responsibilities
- To regularly update and ensure availability of recruitment materials/ sources such as Job
- descriptions, Job specifications, testing tools, organized data bank of applicants and other
- recruitment channels
- To participate in career fairs, manage recruitment drives and roadshows while maintaining
- excellent relationship with top tier institutes of the country
- To adhere to all regulatory guidelines with respect to the recruitment function including submission
- of FPTs of Key Executive positions to SBP within stipulated frame of time
- To manage batch hiring for different roles within the Bank
