Position/Job Title: Resident Engineer Civil
Reporting to: Wing Head (North) - Engineering Division
Academic Professional Qualification:
Minimum B.E - Civil or B.TECH (Hons) - Civil from a reputable HEC recognized local or foreign University.
Minimum 05 years of experience (for BE- Civil).
Experience
Minimum 08 years of experience (for B. TECH (Hons) - Civil).
Preference will be given to those candidates who have the experience of working in Banks.
Command on execution of the project, project estimation, project billing.
Other Skills/
Good computer skills (MS Office).
Expertise
Analytical mind with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge
Ability to work and manage time effectively and efficiently, particularly when under pressure and while
dealing with work related ambiguities& conflicts.
Required
People management and interpersonal skills.
Site visits to ascertain nature and quantum of works required at site.
Preparation of cost estimates.
Review and analyze the layout plans.
Preparation of the bidding documents.
Outline of Main Site supervision of the works.
Duties
Verification of the project bill.
Responsibilities
Coordination with the project consultants.
Coordination with branches and region regarding the projects.
Issuance of Valuation Certificate for House Building Finance (HBF).
