Qualification
Minimum 05 years experience of relevant work or with an architectural firm/ construction firm / reputable
Experience:
- Architect.
- Work experience in banking industry will be preferred.
- Proficiency in usage of AutoCAD, Graphics Software and Micros oft Office is desired.
Other Skills
Analytical mind with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
Expertise
Ability to work and manage time effectively and efficiently, particularly when under pressure and while
Knowledge
- dealing with work related ambiguities & conflicts. Required
- People management and interpersonal skills
- Conduct architectural survey & preparation of proposals for upcoming bank's buildings and offices.
- Conduct architectural survey & preparation of proposals for existing bank branches and offices for Outline of Main proposed scheduled renovations.
Duties
Review construction proposals submitted by the outsourced consultants & PEC constructors.
Responsibilities
- Assist or supervise the team in managing of for cast in revenue involved in the projects, timely completion of projects, billing & taxation, unforeseen risks etc.
- Assist or supervise the team in managing Bank's effectiveness in completing projects profitably
