iii.	Driver (LTV)	4	3	21-35	Secondary School Certificate (second division) or equivalent qualification from a recognized board; Valid Light Transport Vehicle license and Public Service Vehicle driving license; and Five years post qualification driving experience.

CONDITIONS:

1.   Application forms are available at the University website for BPS (1-15) (Download Form).

2.   Applications for the post of Chief Security Officer will be entertained only through online submission.

3.   Application on the prescribed university form, with complete bio-data and attested  documents including  

(i) degree, certificates and transcripts (ii) experience certificates  (iii)  CNIC  (iv) Domicile (Punjab)                    (v) 2-recent photographs (vi) original bank draft/postal order/paid  challan form  of Rs. 2000/-  (non-refundable) for the post at Sr. No. (i) and Rs 500/-(non-refundable) for the posts at Sr No. ii and iii, Payable to the Treasurer, Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi should reach the office of the Registrar by the due date i.e September 24, 2021.

4.   Application with incomplete documents and or received after due date shall not be entertained by any means.

5.   Candidates applying for more than one position should submit separate applications along with complete documents together with required Pay order/Bank Draft etc. 

6.   Applicants already working in Government/Semi-Government Organizations/Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channel by due date and submit service certificates issued by their present employer; otherwise, their applications will not be entertained. However, the University may entertain advance copies.

7.   Candidates applying for the posts must enlist the attached documents with signatures.

8.   Only short listed candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA will be paid for interviews. (Decision of the University shall remain binding in all cases).

9.   The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts, not fill any post, and/or withhold the appointment against any advertised post.

10.                Age relaxation will be given as admissible under the rules/policy of Government of the Punjab.

11.                The University is not responsible if call letters are delayed or not received due to any lapse of courier service/post office/ telephone message.

12.                5% quota has been reserved for minorities and 3% for disabled persons.

13.                Driving test will be conducted for the posts of Driver.
